Red Swiss chard bhaji

 This bhaji is a side dish for chapathi .Easy to prepare.



Ingredients 

Red Swiss chard                   one bunch

Chick peas                       1/4 cup

Onion                                  1

Tomato                                  1

Garlic                             2

Green chili                            2

Chili. Powder                       1tsp

Dhania powder                      1tsp

Mustard seeds                        1tsp

Cumin seeds                            1tsp

Salt to taste

Method

Wash well and chop the swiss chard into small pieces.

Cut the onion and tomato into small pieces.

Heat a pan with oil, add mustard and jeera.(cumin seeds)

When mustard seeds splutters add onion, tomato slit greesn chili and salt.

Sauté them and add cooked chick peas and chili ,dhania powder,.

Let all the water dry
