Rava Vadas

 Rava vadas are very easy to prepare. No soaking, no grinding. Immediately make with less ingredients


Ingredients

Rava                                 2 cups

Chopped Green Chilis       2tsp

Chopped ginger                   2tsp

Curry leaves                         few

Cut onions                           1/4 cup

Dahi                                   1cup

Salt to taste

Method

Take 2 cups of rava, add all ingredients and mix well.

Add dahi and mix. It should be thick , if needed add little water.

Heat a pan with oil, 

Wet your hands and take a ball of vada batter , roll it into a ball, flatten it, make a hole in the middle and put them into the oil.

Deep fry them into golden color.

Serve with coconut chutney.
