Ingredients
- Grated Raw Mango........1cup
 - Green Chili......................2
 - Cooked Rice.................4cups
 - Curry Leaves...................few
 - Cumin Seeds..................1tsp
 - Chana Dhal.....................2tsp
 - Mustard Seeds................1tsp
 - Asafoetida.......................1tsp
 - Chili Powder....................1tsp
 - Turmeric Powder.............1/4 tsp
 - Roasted Peanuts..............2tbsp
 - Salt to Taste
 
Method
- Heat a pan with oil add mustard seeds, chana dhal.
 - When the dhal becomes red, add the chili powder,salt, green chili,turmeric powder,asafoetida,peanuts,curry leaves and grated mango
 - Fry two minutes and then add the rice and mix well.
