| Lemon Rice | 
Ingredients
- Rice...............................2cups
 - Lemon Juice..................2tbsp
 - Green Chilies.................3
 - Red Chili.......................2
 - Mustard Seeds..............1tsp
 - Chana Dhal...................2tsp
 - Roasted Peanuts............3tbsp
 - Coriander Leaves...........few
 - Asafoetida......................1tsp
 - Turmeric Powder............1/4 tsp
 - Curry leaves.....................few
 
Method
- Cook the rice (grains are separate)
 - Heat a pan with oil add mustard seeds, asafoetida, chana dhal and saute till the dhal turns golden.Off the flame.
 - Add curry leaves, broken chilies turmeric powder, peanuts and lemon juice.
 - Add rice and salt. Mix all together well.
 - Garnish with coriander leaves
